Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
